The working visit of the delegation headed by the Hokim of the Fergana region Khayrullo Bozorov to the Republic of Belarus traditionally began with a tribute to the historical memory and common values of the two peoples. Members of the delegation visited the famous "Fortress of Glory" memorial complex, which is considered a symbol of the victory over fascism, and laid flowers. It should be noted that about 2 million Uzbeks participated in the liberation of Belarusian soil, 32 of whom were awarded the high title of hero.
