
The first constituent assembly of the Council of Young Compatriots of Uzbekistan in Belarus (CYCUB) was held in Minsk, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Student leaders from among our compatriots studying at Belarus's leading universities were invited to an official meeting at the Embassy. Additionally, youth leaders studying in Mogilev and Grodno were invited via video link.
During the assembly, a chairman and the Council's board were elected, and the charter and work plan for the year were approved. An official CYCUB Telegram channel was launched for rapid information sharing, mutual assistance and consultations.
During the meeting, organizational matters were reviewed, and the goals and objectives of the Council were discussed. This body will serve as the primary communication channel between the Embassy and the youth, coordinating efforts to organize future events and address ongoing student issues.
