    During a business trip to the Vitebsk region, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belarus held meetings with citizens of Uzbekistan temporarily working in the region, studying their working and living conditions. Negotiations were held with employers and local authorities, citizens were explained the procedures for consular registration, and hotlines were provided to contact the Embassy in case of emergencies.
    At the end of the meeting, our compatriots were given the necessary recommendations on strict compliance with the rules of legal stay abroad.

    At secondary school No. 36 named after Gulom Yakubov in Minsk, an open lesson meeting was organized with students on the topic "People's Diplomacy - a Bridge of Peace and Cooperation." At the event, detailed information was provided about the legacy of Gulom Yakubov, a son of the Uzbek people, who was born and raised in the Asaka district of the Andijan region and later died heroically in Belarus during World War II, and the projects of strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Belarus were discussed.

    A presentation of the Belarusian translation of the "Temur Tuzuklari" was held at the event. The publication of this rare work in Belarusian for the first time will elevate literary ties between the two nations to a new level, allowing foreign readers to understand the culture of Eastern statehood.
    In conclusion, the activists agreed to consistently continue joint projects and cultural cooperation through public diplomacy.
